Payment Agreements

All sessions with J. Whitmore Photography Co are only confirmed and reserved once a 50% non-refundable deposit has been made. Until payment has been received, holds on dates are tentative and can be removed if more than 10 business days have lapsed since the date of the reservation hold. All final payments are to be made before your session begins, no less than 48 hours prior, with the exception of subscription packages.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that life happens and schedules change, which is why J.Whitmore Photography Co. allows cancellations 48 hours prior to a session. Less than 48 hours will have a reschedule or credit allowance for the session booked and paid for. Subscription packages policies may vary.

Reschedule Policy

Clients may reschedule a previously paid for session within reason. If a session is rescheduled more than three (3) times or 3 months have lapsed, J. Whitmore Photography Co reserves the right to terminate the agreement with the client. A credit may be issued for the balance paid (excluding the nonrefundable deposit)

Cancellation of Subscription Package

In the event that the Customer would like to cancel their subscription they must inform J. Whitmore Photography Co of their intention to cancel their subscription at least seven (7) days before the next scheduled payment in their billing cycle to avoid being charged for the following quarter. Your subscription can be cancelled anytime with the above mentioned advance notice by calling Jenna or emailing hello@jwhitmorephoto.com. Your honey book account access will then terminate at the end of that billing period. We are unable to process refunds if more than twenty-four (24) hours lapsed since the renewal of your subscription.

Without a cancellation request. your invoices will still be sent and will still be due on the agreed upon date.

If a full billing cycle is completed with no payment or communication. 4% interest will be applied to any outstanding payments due.

Failure to Communicate or Utilize Subscription

In the event that you or your business cannot use or schedule all of the hours within your package purchased in a 12 month period. J. Whitmore Photography will happily apply the hours to the consecutive calendar year at 75% of the intial value. If the client becomes unreachable and unresponsive, no more attempts will be made, and the client forfeits the right to their purchased package once 12 months have lapsed. If the client responds before 12 months have lapsed, J Whitmore Photography reserves the right to determine if an offer of 75% of the value of the subscription will be offered to the client. Refunds will not be offered past 6 months of non-communication. Services at a 75% value will be made available to clients with these circumstances. for each consecutive year with no communication, the service exchange with be lowered by 25%. After 3 years. no supplemental offer will be made or valid.
